Please note that there will be a planned electricity outage on Thursday, 23 October 2025, from 08h00 to 12h00, affecting Heleza Boulevard, including the Balize, Saxony, and Gold Coast developments.
The outage is necessary to allow technicians to replace the temporary power connection with the formal power line. This work is part of infrastructure upgrades to improve power reliability in the area.
