These surveys are a vital part of our ongoing effort to measure performance, strengthen confidence, and identify opportunities for improvement across all aspects of precinct management.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"736\" data-end=\"1059\">The <strong data-start=\"740\" data-end=\"755\">2025 survey<\/strong>, conducted in October, drew responses from <strong data-start=\"799\" data-end=\"818\">31 participants<\/strong> representing property owners, business operators, and employees within the precinct. The findings reaffirm Sibaya\u2019s reputation as a <strong data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"1004\">safe, clean, and well-maintained coastal precinct<\/strong> supported by effective management and communication.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1061\" data-end=\"1111\"><strong data-start=\"1061\" data-end=\"1109\">Highlights from this year\u2019s results include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1734\">\n<li data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1181\">\n<p data-start=\"1114\" data-end=\"1181\"><strong data-start=\"1114\" data-end=\"1121\">94%<\/strong> of respondents would recommend Sibaya Precinct to others.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1182\" data-end=\"1307\">\n<p data-start=\"1184\" data-end=\"1307\">An <strong data-start=\"1187\" data-end=\"1202\">8 out of 10<\/strong> average experience rating, with landscaping, wildlife, and location contributing to positive feedback.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1372\" data-end=\"1486\">\n<p data-start=\"1374\" data-end=\"1486\"><strong data-start=\"1374\" data-end=\"1381\">74%<\/strong> of residents feel safe during the day, while a combined <strong data-start=\"1438\" data-end=\"1445\">84%<\/strong> feel safe or reasonably safe at night.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1487\" data-end=\"1597\">\n<p data-start=\"1489\" data-end=\"1597\"><strong data-start=\"1489\" data-end=\"1496\">74%<\/strong> rated the appearance and cleanliness of sidewalks, green spaces, and verges as excellent or great.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1598\" data-end=\"1734\">\n<p data-start=\"1600\" data-end=\"1734\">Of those receiving SPMMA\u2019s newsflashes and monthly insights, <strong data-start=\"1661\" data-end=\"1668\">96%<\/strong> feel adequately informed about precinct activities and updates.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1736\" data-end=\"1938\">Suggestions for improvement centred on <strong data-start=\"1775\" data-end=\"1807\">enhanced pedestrian walkways<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1812\" data-end=\"1843\">monitoring vehicle speeding<\/strong> in certain areas\u2014insights that help guide planning and engagement with relevant authorities.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1940\" data-end=\"2224\">These annual results not only reflect the <strong data-start=\"1982\" data-end=\"2007\">collective perception<\/strong> of those who live, work, and invest in Sibaya but also provide valuable direction for the year ahead as the Association continues to drive environmental care, safety, and operational excellence across the precinct.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2226\" data-end=\"2304\"><strong data-start=\"2226\" data-end=\"2269\">View the full infographic summary <a href=\"https:\/\/sibayaprecinctmgt.co.za\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/bsk-pdf-manager\/2025\/11\/SPMMA_2025-Annual-Perception-Survey.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Each year, the Sibaya Precinct Master Management Association (SPMMA) conducts an Annual Perception Survey to better understand how property and business owners, employees, and visitors experience the precinct.
