A controlled fire burn of the grassland buffer zone is set to take place this week Friday the 1st of September 2023, specifically between Signature Estate and uMdloti. The burn will begin early on Friday morning, weather-dependent and the Fire Department will be on standby. We ask that you please stay clear of the buffer zone trail on Friday and that you keep your doors and windows closed if you are near this area. If the burn is deterred by weather, it will be postponed to the following week. We will keep you updated.
