You may have noticed the increased activity of contractors within our precinct. We’re pleased to announce that our newly appointed Association contracting teams have reached a noteworthy milestone by successfully restoring street lighting on Heleza Boulevard to full capacity.
This achievement, validated by the latest audit, represents a significant advancement in improving safety and visibility throughout our community. Moving forward, the Association has solidified an agreement with both the outgoing and incumbent Primary Developer, empowering us to manage any necessary future repairs, thus ensuring our streets remain well-lit and secure.
Watch this space for further developments in our precinct.
