We are pleased to share that development activity within the Sibaya Precinct has officially resumed. Construction teams are now on site and mobilised for the next phase of infrastructure upgrades—specifically, the completion of Heleza Boulevard from Circle 7 to the M27.
As part of this next stage of work, access to the service road at the M27 will be closed from today, 31 July. This section falls within the active construction zone and will remain closed for the duration of the works.
During this time, please use the alternative route via Sibaya Circle for access and transit through the precinct.
This marks a significant milestone in the ongoing enhancement of our precinct’s road network, and we thank all members and visitors for their patience and cooperation during this period of progress.
