On Tuesday, 24 May, after receiving a tip-off from a community member, the Sibaya Precinct Security team apprehended a suspect for alleged cable theft in Node 5. Following an investigation and questioning, the suspect directed the team to a 3m section of cable hidden in the green belt. SAPS was notified and attended to the scene to take custody and make a formal arrest of the suspect. Well done to our proactive security team for a job well done!
